The CSV file is missing, and there are many unclear places in the conversion from smpl to BVH. If you could provide a test sample, it will be very clear.

Sorry, this function (directly convert to bvh) hasn't been finished. I have moved on to another function. You can convert the outputs to .fbx first and then export bvh in Blender. I will leave this issue open. I will comment on this issue when I complete this.
