Due tomorrow should include buried today

Have you thought about the Buried figure to the Due Tomorrow figure? I usually do the calculation in my head, but it would be good if the app did it. Also a "total" line at the bottom of the column would be good. Thanks for the useful addon.

Suggestion 1. Add the "buried" total to the "Due tomorrow" total" Suggestion 2. Have a total count for all decks. "Total due today", "Total Learning", .... "Total Due Tomorrow".
