Scrobbler Support

Meelo should connect to an external scrobbler, like Lastfm, so that users can use their recommendation system.

Some questions need to be answered:

• [ ] How to resolve the song’s Scrobbler’s ID?
• [ ] How to authenticate to the scrobbler’s API (in the case of where multiple users use the same instance)
• [ ] How could we integrate the scrobbler’s recomendations into Meelo?
  • Like on the home page?
  • This would make the connection bidirectional, so this should be moved into its own issue
