React to natural 1s and 20s

This is purely cosmetic, but having a command to assign an emoji (or set of emojis, from which one is randomly selected) as an automatic reaction to assigned events, such as a natural 1 or 20 roll on a d20 would be great.

I wrote a regex to detect natural 1s or natural 20s for another general-purpose bot, only to find that bots don't like to talk to each other (for good reasons). Having this be part of Sidekick would be fun.
