Add CI for coverage reports

Per solidity-coverage docs here, recommend using Coveralls for this.

It is free for open-source repos.

also, per this comment, dig into https://app.codecov.io/ when setting up the CI piece and that should give us a nice lil' widget thing we can drop into the README.
