Fixed Price with Tip minter

It would be interesting to have a "Fixed Price" base cost and any extra ETH above that in the TX is the "Tip" such that the total gets distributed. This could allow for more accessible pricing, but also allow people to show their generosity if they chose. It also covers a "pay what you want" type release.

Love this concept - would advocate for a reasonable "maximum tip" concept to prevent unintentional over-payment (and potentially malicious "refund requests" to addresses with receive functions).
