Update README.md

Add supported colours. It took me a moment to find them so thought it would be useful for others.

Thanks for your contribution!

NetBox core already has a documentation for supported colors here. I'm not sure if we need to add this to the plugin documentation. However, if so, I would prefer to just link to the existing documentation to avoid having to make changes in the future if NetBox core decides to change colors.
