Assets list may not be displayed as expected in some cases.

The assets list displayed may not be what I expected in some cases.

Case1: Asset list under the site

When I selected "All" I expected all assets to be displayed.

But comment of "class BaseAssetsTab" (views/tabs.py) teach me following.

    - stored - show currently stored here (storage_location & stored status)
    - installed - show currently in use here (installed as a or into a device)
    - all - show both

'All' is not all in some case. Assets whose status is Used(but not installed) or Retired are not displayed.

I think "All" should have been written as "Both".

Anyway, I want to get a list of all assets configured on that site.

Case2: View Asset List under Sites.

I expected all assets to be displayed in View Asset List under Sites. However, even in "View Asset list", only "Stored" and "installed" items seem to be displayed.

I think it’s strange to set the status of assets that are not ‘installed’ to ‘Used’, but there are times when I lose track of assets that are neither ‘installed’ nor ‘Stored’ on the list, and this causes problems.

Perhaps #179 has the same cause?
