UI suggestion for notes panel

thanks for this site, I am a beginner and find it extremely useful.

One comment on the UI: I'd like to have the note panel at the right side bigger so that it's easier to read and I don't have to scroll, is it possible? I find the notes a very important part of the study and hence deserves a bit more space. I have a big monitor but cannot make use of it, since the panel seems to have fixed size.
