Prevent aggressive tab-close on first install

When installing the plugin, it immediately activates at max=5, with all the check boxes for "Never close ..." disabled. If you have more than 5 tabs open, it will immediately pop up a save-or-cancel dialog for any unsaved. I was planning to use it with max. tabs set to 15 or 20, and enable all the close protections (I often use new unsaved docs for temp. notes), and thus had 10+ tabs open and a few unsaved when I installed the plugin.

I would recommend either a much less aggressive default, or some way of letting the user choose settings before they are enforced.
