[Bug][SP] Progress of location influence not saved

Description: When loading a previously saved game, the state of the current progress in regards to support boost is not saved. Leaflets and capture state of radio antennas / bases is saved.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Locate location not yet occupied by resistance
2. Place leaflets to raise support rate to +25%
3. Save game and leave to main menu
4. Reload game
5. State of support rate is at 0% again, leaflets are still present at location

This is same for dedicated server. Every restart the poster effect is reset. But the poster objects remain. Seems that this is only the placement of the object, not the object itself.
