power home assistant state does not get updated

What happened

When the plug is changed from within home assistant klipper does not get the new state. One has to toggle twice in klipper to turn it on again (if turned off by HA)

This is expected behavior. Moonraker doesn't poll power devices, so external changes aren't detected or reflected. I believe there is a feature request to implement this, however it is low priority at the moment.
