Extension Warning - Remember my choice option

Before loading any mods from an extension, the user must be made aware of the mods that are going to be loaded and request approval.

Note that extensions do update through workshop. A "remember my choice" option must take this into account.

Actually, what if the user only wants to enable it until it updates? Say they cared enough to inspect the current version of the used plugins for safety and want to use the "remember my choice" option without worrying about them changing in an update.
