cfgundergroundtriggers.json no longer works in 1.23 using diag mode.

File mentioned above no longer works in 1.23 using diag. Was completely functional in 1.22. It seems as if the file is being read but the darkness doesn't work. If I show the triggers using diag mode, they are there but darkness no longer works. image
