spell 82579 Chloroform with wrong behavior

spell 82579 Chloroform has a wrong behavior at end.. https://cata-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?spell=82579 http://www.wowhead.com/spell=82579/chloroform it should ends with 20 sec. stunned npc and a green zzzz.. sleep over the head.. both are missing.. you can see the spell hit the enemy., he rocks a Little bit..but he is not stunned and the visual is missing to.. there are more spells with same attributes, but only spell 700 is doing right..
