Logger gets overthrown by errors on windows export

Describe the bug Upon starting the exported project, a lot of sub-windows are open, the logger is visible even though the default config says otherwise and the logger displays errors shown in the image. When closing all the windows, additional errors show up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create the project
2. Add the addon
3. Export it (only tested on Windows)
4. Run it

Desktop:

• OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Godot v.4.2.2
• PankuConsole v.1.7.8
