[bug] Missing span attributes in Guardrails Integration

Describe the bug We're missing a few span attributes, specifically span_kind and inputs, within the guardrails integration. If you use llamaindex or langchain, those instrumentations fix the behavior, however if you just use OpenAI then the spans will be missing information.
