Is it safe to assume that version 128 has structurally changed so that your work has little effect?

Some of the upgrades do not function, background colors do not change, buttons/tabs remain as original.....

Confirmed... 137.0.2 too and 138.0 - CustomCSSforTb 3.00 almost useless

Well, we are on Version 143 now - may some younger people take over??? Someone feels good with forkingit? I am too old (74) now.
