[Youtube thumbnail context popup][popup menu settings] Context not lining up

Open glennpc opened this issue 5 months ago • 5 comments

When I right-click over a YouTube video thumbnail using FF 140, the context is not lining up properly, especially in Open Link in New Tab.

I'm using both popup_compact_menus_fx140.css and popup_menus_space_before_label_fx140 so the issue could be in one of those files.

Does this also happen, when you right click on a link on any page?

This only happens over a YouTube thumbnail. It seems Firefox 141 corrected the problem for the most part. I will test this on beta 142 later.

I'm testing FF 142 beta now and it looks better than it did on FF 140.

As you can see, Open Link in New Tab is more inline. The others are still a little off from lining up.

Are you using any Youtube add-ons, that might cause this? Those items in the central part between menuseparators look like video controls added by an add-on.

(Fx 141, Win11, release 4.7.4, popup_compact_menus.css, popup_menus_space_before_label.css): Image

I am using two plugins for YouTube, but even with both of them disabled, I still get that menu that shows the video controls.

YouTube High Definition - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-high-definition/

Youtube's Annotations No More - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtubes-annotations-no-more/
