macOS - Using tab to trigger the snippet breaks nested list

On macOS When I enable to use tab to autocomplete the snippet in the configuration. Then I edit a document any document and manually create an unsorted list if I want to create sub-items, I can't. I can't use the default shortcut because cmd+tab is to switch between applications.

Two solutions are possible, to ignore - or enable custom shortcut.

When I want to do this, it breaks `
