Add support for the new API

VCV 2 will not be supported. See https://aria.dog/barks/why-i-will-never-create-modules-for-vcv-rack-anymore/ for details.

However, forks build upon the 2.0 API, and forks will be supported. So it would be good for the collection, especially the UI code, to be updated to make it easier to integrate in forks.

Lights out mode (implemented the old way) is confirmed to currently break widgets in Cardinal
