Warn when too many guides are going to be created
As suggested by @dbox, there should be a warning when the user enters something like "1" for the griddify command.
(Btw, until we implement that, you can cancel Griddify's operation by hitting the Esc button a few times)
Under what condition should we warn the user when too many guides are going to be drawn?
Should we simply set a maximum number of guides limit? How many?
Since I don't know exactly how users will need to Griddify some files I would lhink many 25 or so might be a possible starting number. I had a small number in one setup and it placed a gazillion grids. Easy to clear, but...
Along the same thought line, a warning to say something like no grid available on visible screen may be a good idea if your selected grid falls outside of the picture borders. Say you have a 4x6 picture and try to place a grid at 7.

That's interesting. Have you found yourself needing this feature?
Yes! That's how it came to mind. I was testing to see if grids were placed properly and it was confusing to me when I put in a number and no grid appeared. Found out it would be placed outside the visible area. Don't know how practical this is on a regular basis.
Ah, yes, we should add this.
