when use ipad,it can not refresh the picture

Hello zhang.Here I got a problem,and it only happens in mobile and ipad. When I click the captcha's refresh icon fastly and continuously.Sometimes it can not show the picture and display nothing in the captcha div.

the reason maybe the default puzzle image host is in China. you can try it in your local net later. :)
