[Feature Request] Attention Heatmap

Hey Argo,

Thanks for this repo!

I was trying to obtain attention heatmaps (similar to Grad-Cam) and even got GPT to help me with saving attention as a 2d plot right after the decoder. But this gives me garbage. Even the above repo doesn't work very well although the model is good at predicting boxes.

Can you help with this? If this is irrelevant, you can close it too.

Hey, I think this is a nice feature, I would like to have it. I will definitely look into it, but not sure when I will get my hands on it. For now, if you can, give me more details on what exactly you have already tried and maybe example of results you were seeing
