Adhere to semantic versioning 2.0.0 spec

I am not able to attach build metadata to any of my releases. For example, I currently cannot input 0.1.0-alpha+001. For reference, see http://semver.org/#spec-item-10.

@kennyjwilli I wasn't aware of this semver feature. Please feel free to open a PR adding support for this. Before doing so, check Squirrel supports this (It's often very picky in regards to these kinds of things).
