OA_MARGIN_MAX changed in dev 4.1.0? and documentation shows is not what it is

According to the wiki, OA_MARGIN_MAX: is the distnace that the vehicle will stay away from obstacles, but on the documentatio nit is the "object avoidance will ignore objects more than this many meters from vehicle"..

which one is it?
