RPi 4B unable to detect IMX298

Hi, I cannot find the camera in /dev/video*, I have checked my connection and I do not think it's the connection issue. I have followed the steps for the prerequisites, however, I was able to run preview.py to view the camera and get the camera running. I have tried running $vcgencmd get_camera and the output was supported=1 detected=0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks!
