OV9281 init camera status = 4099 with Linux 5.10.75

the Arducam UC-599 Rev.B OV9281 board I am using with a Raspberry Pi 4 under Arch Linux ARM does not work with Linux Kernel 5.10.75-1-raspberrypi4-ARCH. arducamstill gives the error: init camera status = 4099. I am using the latest libarducam_mipicamera.so from 18015e919931e797ef12135fe312ebc421d50a06

As the board works as expected with 5.10.63-18-raspberrypi4-ARCH, the closed source library needs to be updated. Thank you very much.

Hi, I'm seeing a similar issue on the Pi Zero 2 W with the OV7251, and think it stems from WiringPi not being updated (or even an active project). I tried using the last WiringPi library, 2.52, but "gpio readall" returns: Oops - unable to determine board type... model: 18. The Arducam list_format program returns: init camera status = 4099.
