I have bought a IMX477 withmotorized IR Cut Filter. Now i want to get the effect like below, how can i achieve​ this target?

About the HW issue: 1.Do I need to add additional infrared light on the camera module?

About the SW issue: 1.How to set the parameter of raspistill (ex: ISO, AWB, Exposure)​ to capture the white and black colored image?
