Help needed in Arctos: MSB needs to be able to print labels

I'm not sure the exact date that we lost our ability to print labels in Arctos. The last time I know we were able to print labels was October 31, 2023. MSB parasites has had an issue open since 15 January 2024. That issue is #7296. I have been corresponding with Michelle since April 12 via email and none of us in MSB have received a functional label to replace the functionality that has been lost. MSB Mammals is waiting for us to have functionality until they start this process. They graciously allowed me to cut in front of them back in April because they have a work-around that allows them to print in another program.

This isn't working. This does not seem to be a priority for anyone who can help us. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm getting really angry. I don't get responses to emails nor to follow up emails in a timely manner.

Can you please make this a top priority to get our labels back? Not just MSB Birds, but all of MSB who needs them? This is a critical part of a functional database and it has not been fixed on a timeline that 1) reflects the importance of generating labels is to keeping specimens moving through the curational pipeline, and 2) the amount of emails and follow-up emails I've spent on this issue asking for support. I don't expect this to happen in a day. We all had schedules, conferences, summer holidays, and things going on, but we're at 9 months without label functionality in Arctos for MSB, and that's not acceptable. There should have been a plan in place to get us back up and running shortly after the functionality was lost. That clearly was overlooked, and I'm pleading for some prioritized effort to get us back online. Thanks, Andy
