Cannot pick agent on review data entered record

Entered data for a specimen. Needed to add another preparator. Went to box for agent, entered part of the name, hit tab, nothing. Cell turns red. See attached. Am I missing something? In my data entry screen, I only have 2 agents. This would be the third, etc. Is that the problem?
