Feature Request - 'used by' links in code table (e.g., parts, others to come)

The new code table for parts has a column for 'UsedBy' with collections that use a particular value. When you click on the collection link, it currently goes to the summary page for that collection. My expectation was that it would go to records in that collection that use the particular code table value. Discussed at today's code table meeting and @dustymc said to file an issue.
