Code Table Request - add 'not accessioned' for part disposition

Goal To better represent parts that have never been received and accessioned into a collection.

Context There are cases where parts are split between institutions (e.g., skin in one place, tissue in another). There are also cases where it's possible that a part exists somewhere but it's location is unknown but another part was accessioned (e.g., parasite cataloged, whereabouts of specimen representing the host is unknown). None of the existing values in the code table reflect these situations.

Proposed Value not accessioned

Proposed Definition The object has not been accessioned into the collection, either because it's deposited in a different collection or because its whereabouts are unknown currently. This is not the same as deaccessioned or missing.

Available for Public View YES

Priority High. @campmlc needs this for host/parasites, and I need it for cataloging tissues where skins are in a different collection.
