Cannot connect to VCXSrv

I am using Windows 10 Home on a Dell Inspiron 1545. When I open VCXSrv, the error is: Cannot move old log file "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\VCXSrv.0.log" to "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\VCXSrv.0.log.old" Before that issue, I have followed some of http://www.zdnet.com/article/how-to-run-run-the-native-ubuntu-desktop-on-windows-10/, but I don't know if I followed it correctly, because I went out of order. I searched on Google for an answer to this error, with no luck. So I came here to ask a question.

A common cause of this error (at least for me) is launching VcXsrv when another instance is already running.
