Magic Pixel behaves inaccurately under i3

Under i3 desktop on the client host, the Magic Pixel feature in nxagent behaves inaccurate:

  • in SwitchAllScreens mode:

    • after hitting the magic pixel, the session is frozen
    • a SIGHUP wakes up the session shortly, then suspends it

  • in SwitchFullScreen mode:

    • magic pixel not working at all

Is this still happening with current HEAD? As you might know I have changed the reparenting code recently.
