Let's make Pham portable!

"Portable", as in able to run on Mac & Linux all from a single dir. This will also (finally) allow us to deploy Pham to Zephyr's neighbourhood.

In light of #56 I will now be replacing Pham's GUI for a simple unix-compatible CLI, instead of creating a separate branch/project just to so that Pham (Windows) can keep the Metro theme.
