It's looking like that the individual client websocket connection might freeze - but upon disconnecting and then reconnecting to the channel the client receives messages again (until it stops again)....
If you are only using the one redis server then you can set `nchan_redis_storage_mode` to `backup` instead. This is what we have done and it has been running fine now...
