Add MoinMoin Wiki ignoreset

Especially adding the patterns for the non-sequential diffs is not just tiring to do, but it also spams the chat for everyone else. Hence my suggestion to add an ignoreset for it.

Ignore patterns are coming from the wiki:

  • https://wiki.archiveteam.org/index.php/MoinMoin#Strategy
  • https://wiki.archiveteam.org/index.php/ArchiveBot/Ignore/NonSequentialIntegers

This is my first time submitting an ignoreset, so a quick review might be warranted just in case I forgot to escape something.
