What is this fixing or adding?

Adds a component to open archipelago.gg in your browser

How was this tested?

Running the launcher and clicking the button

What's the expected use case here? Or is it just a little convenience?

It's mainly convenience. Since the Discord links are here, it also makes sense to have the official site linked too.

Rather than gauge interest for this feature on the issue, I figured since it's a one-liner, it would be easier to open a PR for it.
