LTTP: Shop and Arrow fixes
What is this fixing or adding?
- Arrow Upgrades changed to always be advancement items instead of only if shop costs are randomized.
- Vitreous logic updated to account for bombless start, checking for arrow capacity.
- Shop price modifier for items of different classifications reinstated. This function call was mistakenly removed at some point in the shop overhaul development.
How was this tested?
Mostly generating and observing spoiler logs.
