[MMBN3] Logic and Bug Fixes, New Checks
What is this fixing or adding?
- New Feature: Defeating Serenade is now a check (no longer gives unaccounted for Undernet Rank 1). Subject to all logic Secret Area checks usually require
- New Feature: The Humor and BlckMnd programs are now in the pool. The "Help with Rehab" job now provides two checks instead of a check and Humor.
- New Feature: The Postgame Undernet 7 Curtains have been removed and all items in Undernet 7 can now be rolled as locations, subject to all logic Deep Undernet checks usually require.
- New Feature: New option to include Secret Area items in logic (default off)
- New Feature: Adds Item and Location groups for easier setup in advanced YAMLs.
- Logic Fix: Purple Mystery Datas now logically require access to either a shop that sells them, or enough unlockers to access every PMD you could reach without a shop that sells them
- Bug Fix: Legendary Tomes no longer removes the tome items upon completion, so you can always get the Treasure check even after turning in the job
- Bug Fix: The Hide And Seek Job's reward item will now properly give local items as rewards instead of always giving GutImpct H
How was this tested?
Local seed rolled and tests performed by using !getitem
to check ROM changes
- Confirmed BlckMnd no longer in starting inventory, and can be given by
!getitem
- Defeated Serenade, received a check
- Completed "Help with rehab" Job to receive two checks.
- Reached Undernet 7 and confirmed barriers and curtains have been removed
- Completed Legendary Tomes before checking Treasure location, was still able to collect it.
- Confirmed Hide and Seek was able to give a local item
Several seeds have been rolled with all but one Unlocker plando'd into late game locations, spoiler logs checked, no progression rolled on any purple mystery data in 10/10 checked logs.
