Adds Mega Man 2 as a supported game to Archipelago.

How was this tested?

5 apworld releases. Numerous unsupported games, by myself and others.

If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.

Just putting this here so it's not invisible in DMs, but MM2 cannot handle non-ASCII item names. Currently, we have ä used by Dark Souls 3 and Noita, Ω used by Mega Man Battle Network 3, and é used by Timespinner
