The Witness: Add "vague" hints making use of other games' region names and location groups

Wake up honey it's another Witness hints PR!!!

Adds a "vague hints" option that will, instead of directly hinting the items, try to do a vague nod towards where the item is: Boat can be found at a "Skulltula House" location in Player1's world.

This will try, in order:

1. The game's location groups
2. The "Everywhere" group if it has <= 100 locations
3. The name of the parent_region if it has > 2 locations
4. The "Everywhere" group

It creates some funny interactions like: Sound Dots can be found at a "Songs" location in OoTPlayer1's world. - appropriate Progressive Stars can be found at a "Need Spiritual Stones" location in OoTPlayer1's world. - a WHAT NOW??? etc etc
