What is this fixing or adding?

• Makes resizing of the ALTTP adjuster graceful
• Adds a minimum window size
• Adds a minor amount of padding to align existing elements better

How was this tested?

Windows 11 by running the python script directly

If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.

Hey, wanted to followup. Have you had a chance to look at this? To be honest, I kind of went down a separate rabbit hole and forgot I sent this out 😄
