[BUG] The "Select an IP" dropdown list disappears after clicking "Start"

To Reproduce 复现方法

1. Enter domain name
2. Click "Start"
3. Select an IP from the "Select an IP" dropdown list
4. Click "Start"

I can confirm this behaviour, but since it's not a critical issue, there's no ETA for fixing this.
