Loading the bugzilla configuration fails since bugzilla moved to AWS last weekend, see e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1448608 api-dev.bmo redirects to bmo. Removing "api-dev." returns the bugzilla configuration.
