[BUG] Exploration lab 2 inputs not showing correctly

Describe the bug

#745 was fixed recently, and I can insert Bio tokens into the exploration lab 2. However, there is an inconsistency with the "Inputs" help on the right side not showing the bio token as valid input. I think the bio token should show under Inputs, same as with the production lab 2 and enhancement lab 2.

To Reproduce

Start a new game and have a look at the inputs in the tech tree.
