Purple tier buildings unlock

Investigate if purple tier buildings can be moved to unlock at purple science. Currently they are unlocked some at blue science and some at purple science.

This idea came from a discussion with @Pezzawinkle

  • Advanced chemistry 3
  • Advanced ore refining 3
  • Biter refugium 1
  • Electro-refining
  • Slag processing 2
  • Thermal refining
  • Water treatment 4

Advanced chemistry 3

Move the buildings up to a new purple tech: Advanced chemistry 4. Some of the recipes unlocked here can possibly be moved up but that can be reviewed later / separately.

Advanced ore refining 3 & Thermal refining

These techs can be moved up to Purple while leaving Electro-refining at late blue science.

Advanced steel casting 3 depends on Advanced tungsten smelting 1, just for one smelting recipe. Move the recipe that take tungsten powder to a new tech:

Slag processing 2

Moving Filtration unit 2 and Crystallizer 2 to Purple science would leave a large gap. Add a third tier of these buildings, taking T3 ingredients.

Keep in mind for tech mode: Strict tiering should be adhered to

When i say this, that is the main reason for the fallbacks system, to assist with swapping out depending on the mode. This mode may require a bit more love when making this update, not quite reversing, but changing pre-reqs to facilitate the tiering

The logic should be as follows:

  1. tech tree should be made for angels
  2. tech tree should be altered for bobs mods
  3. angels industries alters it for component mode
  4. angels industries alters it for technology mode

thus, we should first fix it for the so called 'science tier', then alter it for 'tech mode'. Finally we should do artisnal reskin tier depending on the modes

Changes to be logged for Kira, once the PR for this has been accepted:

Artisanal Reskins: Angel's

  • Filtration unit 2 and Crystallizer 2 moved to T3
  • Filtration unit 3 and Crystallizer 3 added at T4

Extended Angels

  • Rename to Filtration unit 4 and Crystallizer 4
