[Enhancement] Liquefier/Chemplant/Adv plant adjustments
Recipe updates to make each tier split
- Liquefier only does recipes which align with the building name
- Adv chem plant to allow productivity (possibly restrict regular plant)
- Look at speeding up adv plant and module slot balancing
Review #756 at same time
Simple way of balancing would be to have three separate categories: Liquefier, Chemical Plant, Advanced Chemical Plant. Easier than trying to make interesting trade offs between them.

Seems no need for recipe bio-plastic-2 to require Advanced chemical plant. Move to Chemical Plant.
Liquefier vs Chemical Plant
Anything recipe takes a metal catalyst should be in a Chemical Plant / Advanced Chemical Plant. Most already are, even if they only have a single fluid input / output.
All solid fuel recipes except for one can be done in a Liquefier: Solid fuel from Hydrazine.
Move recipes from Liquefier to Chemical Plant:
- Sodium cyanide
- Sodium perchlorate
- Solid fuel from Methane
- Solid fuel from Naphtha
- Solid fuel from Fuel oil
- Solid fuel from Synthesis gas
Move recipes from Chemical Plant to Liquefier:
- Hydrochloric acid from salt
- Ferric chloride solution
- Cupric chloride solution
- Nitric acid from Sodium nitrate + Sulfuric acid
- Monochloramine gas
- Sulfur dioxide gas
- Hydrofluoric acid synthesis
- Acetic acid from Fermentation base
- Ethanol gas from Fermentation base
Other recipes that theoretically could move from Chemical plant to Liquefier but should NOT be moved:
- Calcium chloride
- Sodium sulfate
- Explosives
- Battery 4 electrolyte
- Battery 5 electrolyte
- Battery 6 electrolyte
Atomic Bomb
Atomic bomb 1 & 2 can be made in a assembly machine. Atomic bomb 3 requires an Advanced chemical plant. I think all three should be in same building. I don't mind which one.
Fuel cells
Deuterium fuel cells can be made in a Chemical plant. All other fuel cells are made in a Centrifuge. I recommend moving these to Centrifuge.
Some fuel cell reprocessing recipes are done in Advanced Chemical Plant:
- Advanced uranium fuel reprocessing
- Advanced mixed-oxide (MOX) fuel cell reprocessing
- Advanced thorium fuel cell reprocessing
Other fuel cell reprocessing recipes are done in a Centrifuge:
- Uranium fuel cell reprocessing
- Mixed-oxide (MOX) fuel cell reprocessing
- Thorium fuel cell reprocessing
- Deuterium fuel cell reprocessing
- Advanced deuterium fuel cell reprocessing
Recommend moving all advanced reprocessing recipes to same building: Either Centrifuge or Advanced Chemical Plant.

I was ok with having advanced reprocessing in the advanced chemplant, but if the centrifuge has a fluid box, im ok with either option of either move deuterium, or the other reprocessing recipes.
