moves coke pellets to coal processing 3 instead of coal cracking

Coke is a good source of early-mid game power, offering a ~25% MJ increase over coal. Unfortunately, coke is roughly half as power dense as a single unit of coal is, making using it for large early-game boiler arrays logistically challenging.

Coke pellets are able to be made in assembling machines, so they shouldn't be locked behind the middle of the blue science tree.

My first time dealing with LUA, so please excuse any mess-ups with lines and such.

The code looks good, I just changed some indentations (use spaces instead of tabs).

This looks like a sensible change to me. In Sea Block we take it even further and move coke pellets to Coal processing 2.
